Microwave — Recommended
Remove the meal from the vacuum pouch. Transfer it to a microwave-safe container, cover loosely, and heat for 3–5 minutes. Stir halfway when needed. Heat until the center reaches at least 75°C.
Stovetop
Thaw overnight in the refrigerator when possible. Transfer the contents to a pan and heat over medium heat until thoroughly heated to 75°C.
Storage Reminder
Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Do not refreeze once thawed. Consume within 24 hours after thawing. Discard the product if the package is damaged, leaking, swollen, or has lost its vacuum seal.
